Mike assembles the brand new for 2015 Bombard Typhoon 310 Alu out of the box just to show you just how easy it is. It's always nice to have a friend but even if you are flying solo setup is a breeze. First assembly is always the hardest so if you have the opportunity to inflate the boat with out the floors, then deflate before you have to assemble it things will go much smoother for you. Mike is using the 12volt 2 stage inflation pump offered on our website www.inflatableboats.com to speed things along. The bombard Typhoon 310 Alu is the proven performance shape with the much asked for aluminum floorboard upgrade. Ask and you shall receive at IBC!

Mike puts a new out of the box Zodiac MK3 Grand Raid together to show just what's involved. Things that make this easier that we didn't do is to stretch the boat without floorboards on a brand new boat, as well as spray soapy water around the tube to floor fabric seam to let the new floorboards slide into place. A new out of the box boat will fight you for the first assembly so just have patience and if possible a helping hand.
